SWOT Analysis or Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat Analysis analyzes an organization's various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This analysis is split into two buckets:
- Internal factors: Strengths and weaknesses of the company can be managed internally, and the company has control over these factors to some extent.
- External factors: Opportunities and threats of the company depend on external factors and are primarily out of the company's control. However, proactively assessing and preparing for these factors in advance can yield better outcomes for the business.
